The Goldwater Institute and the Liberty Justice Center filed this case to protect the rights of people who want to offer their private homes to overnight guests, but who have been deprived of the right to do so by a complicated new Chicago ordinance that imposes confusing and unfair new prohibitions on home-sharing.
Those restrictions hurt communities and violate the constitutional rights of responsible homeowners.
